Loved this place. Its great to have your wedding photo shoot although i wasn't go there for that. Its not huge place but charming in its own way.

With a small lake and short hiking trails, Shomyoji is one of my favorite places to just relax, walk, and spend time.
It was very peaceful. Although it was winter when I took the photo it still has a sense of beauty to it.
Amazing little park with a beautiful temple and great little hike, perfect for birdwatchers or someone who just wants to escape for a few hours. They do close really early, although the side gate is always left open.
Beautiful temple with expensive grounds to explore. Lovely during Sakura season and spring, and fall for ginko. Free English tour guide on Saturdays and Sundays.
