Last year I suddenly discovered that I have what turned out to be a rather complicated tax situation involving foreign income. I’ve been to two other accountants who either did not understand it or were not able to articulate it in English. As an individual it was difficult to even get a bilingual accountant to take me on as a client, and when they did I was clearly not a priority. However, Takashi answered me on the same day I sent the initial contact form. He was able to explain everything clearly to me in English, which immediately made me less like I was in a Kafkaesque nightmare. He answered all my questions promptly, clearly, and in a non-condescending manner. He communicated with the tax office for me. Most importantly, he gave me options for saving money, including ones that would not benefit himself. I found him to be prompt, courteous, expert, and ethical and I recommend him without reservation.
