I have lived in some share houses in Tokyo, UK, Germany and this house is one of the best. First of all this house is very safe, always residents or house managers stay at home and we know each other well, it's the strongest safety. And there are two kitchens and bath rooms and small garden and tatami room as a common space. If you like cooking you'll be very satisfied about the large kitchens and facilities. House cleaning fee is included in the housing fee and house managers clean the house twice a week. The owner and managers of this house were very kind and helpful when I had small troubles about air conditioning or windows. I got very quick response and they helped me to solve the issue and I’m very thankful to them. Only one problem is that it takes 15 minutes from the house to Ogikubo station, Asagaya station, Shimoigusa station. But also it's very convenient that I could use those 3 stations at my walking distance. Also you can rent a bicycle at this house. The house is surrounded by quiet neighborhood , and some green parks and river and supermarkets, sports centers, bookshops and historical cafes. I was surprised that I can have so fresh air and quiet place in the middle of Tokyo. I was lucky that I made some life long friends at this house. It's not a noisy party house so you'll have choice to keep your own time and space, or go to tatami room to talk with people. If you want to try traditional Japanese life style you'll be fall in love in the tatami room.
