Professionalism is something that this company lacks. The failure on their part to help with employment and their overall display of blatant disrespect was appalling to the point that I had to write this review. First of all, you do NOT tell your clientele that their prospects are looking dim and that Japan has no place for you. Second of all, you do NOT begin to tell me about how difficult your life is by working there; the audacity of the individual assigned to work with me failed to continue helping me with job prospects, but instead began to rant about how this company was not treating them well (if you are reading this, I hope you know who you are...) In the end, I was able to find a job on my own. Working with these people was an utter waste of my time. Either these people do not have the right resources for recruitment, or just fail to give any effort. This company lacks any sense of decency and is better left ignored.

面談の前に当日時間を守ってくださいとのメールを2回も送って来ましたのに 面談の日に30分も待たされてとても迷惑でした 最初の話はA社を応募しましたが、私と合わないと思われ、他の仕事を探して次回面談の時に紹介してくれるとの話でしたが わざわざ時間を空けて面談を予約しましたのに 当日30分も待たされて、面談の時に私のことだけ聞かれて、仕事の紹介はまた次回にするとの話に変わってとても迷惑です！！ お勧めしないです
他人のタイムシートが間違って送られてきたりと、個人情報の扱いがずさん。自分の情報も流されていないか心配。

書き込みのお陰か担当営業さんも付き添いの営業さんも対応は良かったですが、会社見学後が一切受かりません。社内選考により自分の希望か通らない場合も多々あります。 自分のせいかもしれないと考えましたが、他社派遣やアルバイトは受かるので、もしかすると会社の力が弱いのかなとも感じました。 独占紹介で即時回答の企業さんへ会社見学して、一週間返事がないこともあれば、他社の応募者と見比べたいご縁なしなどもあります。独占紹介の意味がわかりません。 自分が知らなかった会社さんを紹介して頂き、有り難い半面、受かるまでが大変だと感じてます。 即時希望の場合、年齢が若くないと厳しいのかもしれません。
最悪、全然おすすめしません。 リクナビでその会社から面談の申し込みが来て、 事前に履歴書と職務経歴書を送り、 わざわざ面談の時間をとってその会社に行きましたが、何も準備してくれなくて、面談は20分で終わりました。「メールで求人を送ります」って、3週間も経って、何の連絡も来ていないです。ただ時間と交通費の無駄です だったら最初から面談の申し込みは送らないで欲しい本当に最悪
