A spacious store with a collection of beautiful hand crafted glass. The staff were polite and welcoming. If you’re looking for souvenirs for the drift ice festival, this is a good stop!
Nice place to shop at. The glass products are made from mostly recycled glass (fluro lamps). Everyone was very friendly and communication was easy enough with the help of a small translator. You can also do a glass blowing experience here. The guy there spoke a little english and his assistant provided more info via the translator. After glass is finished it needs to cool down for 2 days, but no problem, it can be shipped almost anywhere. Definitely recommend checking it out if in Abashiri!
Great little glass shop with a big selection of hand blown glass knickknacks, which make good souvenirs. They offer glass blowing classes as well, which I've heard are fun.
Go for DIY course and pick up something on how to recycle the fluorescent lamp.
