I def dont recommend this place I arrive there and it was close dunno why cuz it was office time, anyhow I wait a bit and someone arrive and opened the door so asked if they were working today to what he say and NO He seemed not to cara so I leave... then 10 mins after I call them by phone and make the same question ,to what he answer that yeah actually they were operating so I told him that I was the one that went to the office and make the same question and give me some x excuses ..... funny part? That when I called I give my japanese name...

Poor customer care i had never meet. I dont reccomend this place Owner is very Rude Never go there. Please go to other shops especially Western union Shinjuku adress 1-2-9 nishishinjuku They are the best.
