5 star service to the staff of this store! The location on the Google Map is wrong by the way. It is opposite Hermes.
Extremely rude and unknowledgeable staff - Ms. A. Kaji was straight up laughing at our face without knowing the ins and outs what she was talking about until the store manager showed up at our request. LV customer service is never great but this was the worst we've ever experienced - way below what you would even expect from a high street retailer. Embarrassing!

大好きなお店です。 自分ご褒美、年末購入予定を消費税上がる？かもで… 気になっていたお財布をわざわざ探して頂き、購入いたしました今まで20年使っていた愛着のお財布は修理にお願い致しました。LVの製品は本当に素晴らしく永く愛用出来る品々です。(-)/
