I purchased a second hand amplifier over the phone after checking their stock list. They gave me a fair discount and got it delivered quickly. One week later, it had an electrical issue, but they came all the way from Utsunomiya to Tokyo (more than 150km) to pick it up and bring it to the manufacturer for repair. I was highly impressed by the level of service of this vendor, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely buy again from them.
