It’s worth making a visit maybe once especially for families with kids. It has decent rides however on the pricier side. The place itself seems little old & outdated

Perfect for a sweet evening, some rides are closed due to coronavirus. Else total cleanliness care is carried out. There's a Hawaiian town nearby - foodshopping, that's cool.
I think, I have fully utilized my 900Yen by enjoying the moments. It has lifted us in such a height that we can clearly see the beauty of the city as well as the sea. Also it was moving slowly and we have got chance to shoot more photos.
The view of the wheel and the views from the wheel are really beautiful at night. It shakes a lot on windy days so I'd recommend it on calm days for people that are afraid of height.
Awesome way to spend time if you don't know where to hangout during weekends. Each ride costs money separately, so you can choose to sit on only those rides which interests you. Have fun and enjoy! :)
