I went there to ask information as I wanted to buy 20 lamps. The receptionist, a young lady, was very nervous and rude, too direct in talking to me and refused to give me information if I do not reserve a visit in advance. Ended up I left and bought 20 lamps of their competitor Koizumi. I felt extremely uncomfortable with her. ランプ20個を購入予定で情報を聞きに行きました。が、受付の方はとってもナーバスでした。話し方もきつくて、予約ない私に情報上げられないと言われました。結局、結果的に帰って小泉電機の20個ランプを購入しました。受付の方の為残念な気持ちしました。
