So tasty!!! I bought about an inch thick dry aged beef. It was cooked on a frying pan as suggested for a minute per side. Rested for about five minutes. The beef melts in your mouth. The outer later that is leatgered by the aging process tastes great! The price is right as well. The one I bought is about 40/lb. The store has fresh, inexpensive eggs, and other products too. Try every products the store has!!! I strongly recommend it! Down side is that it's on middle of nowhere.... About 15 minutes walk from Kanazawa Hakkei station.

惣菜がめちゃくちゃ美味しいです！毎週の様に買いに行ってます！揚げ具合が最高です！はる子ばあちゃんの牛肉佃煮も最高です！チンするだけのハンバーグもありますが、お肉が良すぎてかなりジューシーなので普通のハンバーグを想像して買わない方がいいかもしれませんね！
新鮮で美味しいお肉屋揚げ物も美味しいよ
