Excellent shop with friendly staff.

Feels like this shop doesn't welcome tourist at all. I saw a fostex v8 amp setting on the table with th900 so I gently ask the salesman for audition, he replied \No\ and quickly turned his head away and continoue what he was doing previously - starring at the pc's monitor waiting the reboot to finish. Sure it is alright to reject my request, but is there a better way to make a potential customer feels better instead of ending the whole conversation so awkwardly and brutally? The languages differences isn't an excuse to treat one rudely. This really set up a bad mood for the rest of my osaka trip.
