This attraction is so good For summer season! I can say that best schedule time is 11:30 if you live out of Saitama! Staffs are very kind and they make fun with us! I was wondering that they take our rafting videos in the boat so I didn’t bring my video camera’s memory card . But our incharge staff took only picture( that was little but sad) Other things was perfect ! We definitely go there again...(we were little bit noisy ... We forget to say sorry) Next time we will be quite,promise

Not a just Name BigSMILE ,we are a Team BigSMILE want todo practical join us every summer we are in japan( KYOTO -Gifu -saitama -Gunma -Shikoku many more place in future .
I had a lot of fun during the rafting time. The staff are nice and helpful. You can enjoy the beautiful river's view. The price will be more cheap if you using online booking on it's website (Japanese version). I really recommend everyone to try.

8月の猛暑の中、行きましたが バス車内のアナウンスも面白く笑わせていただきました。 暑かったのでより一層スムーズにヘルメットやジャケットの手渡し等おこなっていただけたら尚良かったかと思います。 更衣室は冷房など効かせていただいたら、 涼しく快適に過ごせると思います！ ボートを逆さまにしてジャンプや滑り台、 シーソーと揺らし合ったり 色々と工夫されていて楽しかったです！ 良い思い出になりましたっ。
