京都鴨沂会の会館です。ホールや会議室を貸出を行っています。地上3階建て。設計者の十河安雄（とかわやすお）氏は、京都府学校営繕課の技師です。（他には、紫明新町の京都教育大学附属京都小中学校も設計しています。） This is the hall of the Kyoto Kamokai. We rent out halls and conference rooms. 3 stories above ground. The designer, Yasuo Tokawa, is an engineer in the Kyoto Prefectural School Repair Division. (In addition, we are also designing Kyoto Elementary and Junior High School attached to Kyoto University of Education in Shimei Shinmachi.)
