If you don't know where's the place you going to have trouble with finding it. Basically it's not a separate shop but just shelves Inside the supermarket area. But the assortment of supplies for baking and pastry and advanced culinary is very good. There's going to be different types of flour, oils, extracts and food dyes, many kinds of grains, various additives. They even have butter unsalted and not dried type of yeast. Price is reasonable, but those products are not cheap mainly as it is.
