This bar is conveniently located on the shopping street above the Family Mart. I've loved this bar every since the first time I went! It has a lot band memorabilia and horror decorations (which I love) but then the bathroom is all Disney themed lol. The bathroom is very nice and clean as well btw. The atmosphere is casual and the staff are really friendly and speak some English. I don't know why another review says they charge foreigners differently as that is definitely not true. Besides myself I often see other foreign regulars and visiting foreigners drinking and playing here. Only thing I can think is foreigners might get confused by the pool system, it's 100 yen for every ten minutes, so 600 yen an hour per person (which is usual for Japan). They have four pool tables and two darts machines as well as some table top games as well. I think most drinks are 500 yen and there are some small snacks you can buy as well. If you have any questions about something feel free to ask the staff, they're always willing to help!
