I don't know if we will be ever able to thank Dee for the kind support over the organization of our elopement, gentle presence over the day and the amazing pictures. It was our first time in Japan and we got married in Tokyo a couple of days after our arrival. The pictures got our souls and our love, are the vivid memory of our day and there is so much of us in them! It took us long time to select the photographers, long searches on line and thousand of dubs, we really wanted to keep the memory of our intimate wedding and we wanted them to be perfect, perfect as the one we received. We couldn't be more happy with our selection.

Honestly, where to even begin? 37 Frames is absolute PERFECTION. A dream to work with, seriously I think Trace and Dee might actually be sorceresses (I mean this in the BEST way, trust me!) because all they do is WORK MAGIC! As with many 2020 couples, my husband and I had to cancel our original wedding plans. We did not think it was possible to have the kind of wedding we originally envisioned here in Japan because Japanese weddings and western weddings are just SO different, but my goodness, 37 Frames gave us everything and MORE! They took care of everything, EVERYTHING, surprised us with a beautiful riverside picnic before our ceremony and they even looked after our dog for us! Working with them was so easy, so wonderful. They are incredibly professional and endlessly kind. They took care of everything so we didn't have to stress about a thing! If you are looking for someone to help plan your wedding or elopement or even just want to get some beautiful pictures of yourself taken there is no one out there that will do a better job than 37 Frames! Our wedding video had our entire family bawling (big, happy tears! they loved it, said it was so beautiful!) and the photos, my god. Everything took our breath away--during the actual wedding and then seeing it all on film again afterwards. From start to finish, just perfection. Truly. Thank you so so much, we will be forever grateful to the 37 Frames Team for making our day extraordinary!
37 Frames is an absolute dream to work with. They are true creatives and just wonderful people. World class wedding planner/photographer/videographer. The quality of their work, attention to detail, and how much they care about the bride and groom blew me away. They listened to everything that we asked for and pulled off a mind blowing elopement ceremony in an extremely short time frame. 1) Photography - we had a few different pre-wedding shoots but the photographs at 37 Frames came out the best (by far). The experience of the team is really reflected in their work. 2) Planning - despite the very tight timeframe and specific demands for venue we placed on them, they found and planned the most incredible and unique location (complete with a private waterfall and helicopter). 3) Videography - team really went above and beyond capturing very difficult shots for our wedding video. Wedding videos can often turn out a bit cheesy... this is definitely not the case for 37 Frames. The end product was simply breathtaking. Many friends and family members cried watching it! 4) Pricing - I think their pricing would be considered slightly high end, but for the quality of their work it is well worth it. Having said that, the costs for any wedding likely add up but the team were very conscious of this. Throughout the process and went out of their way to work with us on budgeting. 5) Overall experience - small or big, during a pandemic or not, planning a wedding is stressful. But the team at 37 frames somehow made the whole experience enjoyable and something we looked forward to planning. The positive aura surrounding this team (particularly Dee) is contagious. In some ways the ease of the process, flexibility, and the attitude of the team are as important as the end product of the photography. Thank you 37 Frames for the memories and the stunning photos/videos that we will cherish FOREVER. I want to get married (to the same person) again so I can work with them again!
37 Frames planned our entire sunrise Mt. Fuji Elopement in early 2020. They had such deep knowledge about recommending ceremony and photo op locations and even gave us inspiration for planning the rest of our Japan trip. We felt so supported and heard by our wedding team, they were so kind. I would absolutely recommend 37 frames time and time again. Our international elopement made our wedding day so special and we could not have done it without Tracey and Dee and the rest of their team.

We went through more than 50 photographer and we were immediately drawn to 37 Frames. 37 Frames exceeded our expectation in terms of their professionalism, quality and on-the-day coverage, we absolutely loved every touch point we had with them.
