I thought these pork buns were Chinese but the ones from 551 are the best I’ve ever had!

Very good gyoza. A twist on the Chinese 鍋貼 that is a bit lighter tasting than typical Chinese versions. I like the vinegar which is less sour with mirin in it. However the shuumai is just so so.
It would be good to know what goes into the meat for the buns as they do not taste like meat but like mush
Good food, can't go wrong with Chinese dumpling and pao. Popular among locals and tourists.
