It’s a nice apartment to stay for snowboarding, they have clocker in the basement for you. The room looks exactly like the pic on the website. Their email reply are very responsive but not accurate. To be sure to cross check with them - they said if you have luggage delivered to then before checking in, they will deliver to your room before you arrived. But the fact is you will have to ask them for it when you check in and they bring you to their locker room to look for it - we email and ask, how often will they take out the rubbish, they replied very quick said TODAY and every other day. But no one came TODAY - we stayed in room 201, and the door card didn’t work twice. We got locked out 2 times, and the receptionist said it happened before. Then I raised my concern and asked what happens if we are being locked out again in the middle of the night, when the staffs are off. They suggested me to call the emergency number \u200d️
