Had a great cruise experience with this operator, nice boat and the guiding was delivered throughout the trip. Only unpleasant thing was that of the tourist groups... unstopped photographs, gulls feeding and loud chatting...

They have coupons, but you HAVE TO print them out like we're in 90s still. I tried with it pulled on my phone and it didn't work. Use the ship fare coupon because the natural \museum\ ticket price on the island is only 200. All the seats are in inconvenient places to see where the ship is going through the front of the ship because on the first floor there's a stage, so the chairs and tables are all pushed back. The second floor has the store in the area that would give the best view. I suggest pulling up a chair as close to the stage as possible and sitting there. I don't understand why Japanese people need smoking sections on the inside ON A BOAT! It doesn't move that fast! Sure it has a own door to the outside, but it's also connected to the inside through an open staircase. Y'all have a serious problem; I really hope the indoor smoking ban goes through! They have umbrellas you can borrow for waddling around the island which is nice.
You can enjoy great natures view while cruising and can get multiple language announcements in English,Chinese,Korean. And can see the island in the lake where the ancient native people “Ainu” lived there. You can see seagulls along with cruising and can feed directly from hands.
Ticket price a bit high. The price is partly for the fireworks at night. I went May and fireworks start at 8:45pm. I ride the boat to the Nakajima and hike around the island. The boat at night will ride along the lake from the west to the east. and firework follow around the boat. The view of firework from the lake is also beautiful. During evening ride, bring some bread or food for the seagull.
