Family business. It’s really good taste for pork shabu. Love it!!! Specially the spicy spice (some thing with citrus) really good with shabu soup. They explain me how to eat all. Kind and polite. I would recommend you guys to go here.
肉そばと黒舞茸の天ぷらです。蕎麦も天ぷらも非常に美味しかったです。西の河原露天風呂に向かう途中にあり、温泉後のランチは最高のタイミングでした。
もともとランチで別のお店に向かって歩いていたら、たまたまおいしそうな豚しゃぶの看板が目に止まったので入ってみました。 私たちは二人だったので、ペアAセットを注文しましたが、二人でお腹がいっぱいになるくらいボリューミーでとにかく美味しかったです！ しめの生蕎麦を、しゃぶしゃぶで出たお野菜とお肉の出汁でいただきますが、それが本当においしいです。 最後の蕎麦湯はさらに生蕎麦を茹でたときに出た香りも足されて、じっくりと食事を味わえる感じがします。
