Reception lady at the international unit is extremely rude. The nurses are very helpful though.

We visited Aiiku clinic international unit. There are two Gynecologist, Dr. Sakamoto and Dr. Sen. I strongly recommend not to visit Dr. Sen as she is not friendly, patient and experienced enough. But Dr. Sakamoto is amazing and renowned. All the times we visited him but two times due to his busy schedule we visited Dr. Sen and we got so disappointed.
I had an appointment and I was asked to wait by the H counter. The lady at the reception was not specific in where exactly to wait at so I waited in front of the counter. No one called me after 40 minutes so I asked and they said they were waiting for me and I never came. The normal thing in any hospital is to call the patient, but in this hospital it seems like patients have to figure out themselves. I don’t care if this is a “celebrity hospital” the staff is horrible.
Price has increased again but I am regret to say that the high price did not match the services. Some doctors (including those famous one)were impatient and arrogant. Some nurses were not so nice as others. A little bit regret that I chose it because it is famous.
I brought my daughter here to see a specialist and we were treated well and the DRs were great. Interior of the hospital is nice and clean and staff is great. It us also helpful that the hospital is located next to a nice play park .
