The staff are incredibly nice and are nothing but helpful got a gun from them and a fuse broke they not only helped me replace it but said it was on the house

Good staff, great inventory! It is a bit expensive but for me it is worth it. The staff sets you up with everything you need and will even train you on the basic functions.
They have alot of guns and gear. I went to buy a rifle but the signs say do not touch and you have to get a staff member to cut the zip tie to take the gun down so you can get a feel for it. I didnt want to make the staff cut down every gun that i wanted to look at.
Been a regular here for the past 2 years. Used to have more LMG's but as it turns out they sold. They do update their stock of weaponry every so often so its not always the exact same stuff. I have noticed some items to be priced nearly double what you will find online, but most of their stock is priced fairly and not for a premium. They have gas/electric types and also provide a repair service. Their inventory also includes a very limited selection of holsters, gas, face masks, and various other gear magazine or customization items. The staff themselves do take part in the sport and they do have a good general set of knowledge if you have any questions.
Staff are polite and try to help out as much ad they can, even with the language barrier of Japanese and English.
They have lots of stuff in stock but it's overpriced. Their staff have bad attitudes.
Fantastic place to go if you intend to play airsoft in Okinawa. Small indoor range for fun simple plinking. English staff available as well. I've purchased many things from here, and they can customize anything you need. Staff is also a bunch of awesome people. Even if you are not into airsoft, it's a ton of fun to stop in, check everything out, and shoot a few targets.
大きめなエアガンショップがここしかないので仕方なくいきますが、店員の接客が最悪過ぎる。このパーツはこれに合いますか？と言ったような質問してもわからないとしか言わない。調べようともしない。明らかに面倒くさそうな態度。カスタムの依頼もお願いしてみたものの、前もって伝えられていた完了日も大幅に過ぎてるのに一切連絡がない。ここから連絡してみるとまだ手をつけてないとのこと。担当が休みだったらしいが全く店舗内で情報共有されていない。 これから行ってみようと思っている方は良い接客を期待せずに行きましょう。
