The place itself is quite OK but getting to it is very frustrating. The lift doesn't go the 4th floor (perhaps there is one that does but it's hidden away) so we went up three or four differently placed escalators to get to the meeting, not the best if you are running late.

AIR赤坂インターシティＡＩＲの3階にあり、東京メトロ銀座線南北線「溜池山王駅」直結しています。 コンファレンススタッフが常駐されているエントランスに入るとホテルのロビーのような待合スペースがありました。種類の違う大ぶりな家具がゆったりとした配置で置かれ、会議までの時間や休憩時間にくつろぐことができました。 私が利用した会議室前の空間には、お茶、コーヒー等の飲み物とクッキーやチョコ等のスナックが置かれたエリアがあり、各々自由に利用することが出来ました。これはあまり体験したことがないサービスで、よくあるボトルの水サービスに比べるとリッチ感があり好印象を受けました。 私が利用した会議室は、いたってスタンダードな部屋でしたが出来たばかりで清潔感があり気持ちよかったです。 プロジェクタ投影中心の会議の為、終始ロールスクリーンを閉めっぱなしでしたが、片面全面ガラス張りの為カジュアルな会議だとロールスクリーンを開けて開放感ある会議が可能だと感じました。 ここを体験すると会議室の雰囲気も会議には重要な要素だと改めて感じさせられました。
