Pretty run of the mill kind of place. Better selection of powder skis, but the equipment is well used. Not the best organized shop I have seen. But it worked for me and it was cheaper than renting at the mountain. It’s easy to get to and it is right across the street from the mountain.

Standard burton hire boards available with generic bindings. They do have a selection of powder boards no big name brands and they are well used as previous reviewers have pointed out. One key thing is no one in Rusutsu seems to tune edges so most of the boards have a really dull edge. I’d suggest bribing an edge tuner if you plane to hire a board here. The Rusutsu Resort has much better quality Salomon gear and some world class powder boards for hire but they are also much more expensive than Amuse Sports. If you want to get a board on the cheap Amuse is a good option. The standard board returns are at 6pm. They also offer a board waxing service - looked a bit crude from what I observed but it was far cheaper than getting it done at Rusutsu Resort. I believe the fee was 2000. If you prefer to do it yourself you can get Swix future wax liquid wax for 3900 at the General ski shop at Rusutsu Resort on the north western side that will Kee multiple people going for a whole week.
We loved this place! Directly across the road from the ski resort and entry to the ski field. The staff were SO helpful. The place is well organised and clean. They went and fetched skis and boots and helped us fit them while we sat on a comfy couch. Then everything was labelled and put in bags - amazing! Prices were good and when I forgot my ski jacket the day after, I was able to rent one of those there too. Highly recommended. Why bother to bring your own when you can rent?
After booking online for 30 days booking in advance discount, can I pay it on the day of rental or do I have to pay online when I book?
とてもいい加減な会社だと思った 2019年1月中旬 新千歳空港にて4泊スノーボードをレンタル 次の日、ゲレンデに着き、さて滑ろうと思ったらリーシュコードが無いのに気付く なので、１日流れ止め無しの状態で滑ることに ホテルに戻り、レンタル会社に至急連絡したら翌朝しか届けられないとのこと その足でスキー場行きのバスに乗り、ゲレンデでいざ装着 そうしたらコードの短いこと短いこと これは完全に子供用の長さでした！！！ うっ血寸前 友人も失笑 先シーズン、ルスツで借りた時はこういう時は無かっただけに、本当に残念でなりません もし、リーシュコード無いばかりに、どこかの誰かに怪我を追わせてたら？と、考えただけでゾッとします ニセコやルスツと違って直ぐに交換や替えが利かないのだから、きちんとした対応をして欲しい 今回は本当に頭にきました！ 今後、このような事が起きないよう心から願います
