Lounge can get busy at times but the staff is attentive and seating is always available. Food is pretty good. The noodle bar hidden in the corner offers great delicious options for hungrier people.

Very nice lounge, lots of seating choices, and nice beverage choices. No food though, as with nearly all ANA domestic lounges. Power and USB plugs at every seat.

I want to use this opportunity to recognize an excellent service I received from a beautiful and kind ANA ground staff at luggage service counter at Itami airport at around 8:00 pm on March 22, 2019. I flew NH 2179 on March 22. As soon as I got off the airplane I checked my US passport and realized I lost it. I asked ANA’s ground staff at luggage service counter to contact Narita Airport to see whether any found it but nobody at Narita answered the phone. I was panic but couldn’t do anything other than to take a bus to go to the hotel first then contact US Consulate General office at Osaka. I called US Consulate General office while waiting for a bus but I was told to wait until next business day which was 3 days later. I was helpless. While I was waiting for the bus this lady at ANA ground staff who helped me at luggage service counter found me at bus stop and told me that someone found my passport. I bowed to her and thank you for her to take the extra step to save my trip. However, I am so disappointed at myself that I didn’t get her name so that at least I can write to ANA office to officially thank her or at least send her a small gift. I travelled to many country and I am pretty sure that this can only happen in Japan. Thank You ANA.

Almost no food (only ANA snack pouches). Beer, cheap whiskey, juice, milk and soda to drink. Plenty of comfortable seating. Unparalleled Japanese service.
