This lounge is open in international terminal during pandemic. Great hospitality services great shower room ANA standard. It welcome business class where other lounges is closed. Variety of order to made dish like noodles, curry or chirashi.

Amazing food and service. The dining area with table service is open in the evening (from 20:30 I think) and far better than the rest of the lounge food. I eat better here than I do when I go out for dinner in town. If you're not lucky enough to visit during dining area hours, the counter food is still great. There are 3 standing phone booths as well as 5 personal office spaces. The showers are very clean with many amenities (toothbrush, razor, comb, hairbrush, swabs...) Sadly I do not think they have any enclosed nap rooms.

The nicest lounge I've been to! The food was great, and the shower was amazing! It was so nice being able to spend a few hours in there during a layover.
So relaxing before a flight. Good private areas. Amazing staff. Good food. Tranquil environment. Clean, elegant showers. One if my favorite lounges globally.
Very nice lounge with the best service even in English. However it's Sunday at 23:00 and very busy. The queue for the shower is 30 people even with a 20 min time limit. Otherwise it's perfect!
It's a relatively small lounge and limited selection of food. The made to order Ramen was very nice though, with a somewhat different texture from the ones we had in the city. Nice enough for us to ask for a second bowl!
