Finding Mina’s sanctuary was a truly life saving experience, she helped us so so much with our two dachshunds and even rehabilitated our girl Holly to get back to have that ‘feel’ when going to the loo due to her incontinence post back surgery. Mina and Yoshi are true stars, selfless and giving every inch to the care of every animal that come their way. I have only words of admiration and we will be forever grateful. Thank you Mina&Yoshi!

I spent 3 months at Mina's Animal Sanctuary last summer (originally 1 month was planned, but my plane got canceled multiple times due to Corona). Mina is an amazing human being with a lot of dedication for every kind of animal! If we had more people like Mina, the world would be a better place!
Mina is a personal friend of mine now: I first met her when I had to rehome my 2 birds before leaving Japan permanently. Mina cared for them at her wonderful animal sanctuary in Chiba, before finding them both 'forever homes'. I have visited Mina's sanctuary twice and can vouch for her love and kindness to animals in need. She is a much-needed person, especially as Japan has a bad track record with regard to animal welfare.

沖縄では猫エイズと白血病のダブルキャリアの野良猫ちゃんは、確実に里親は見つからないと言われています。ダブルキャリアのゲンキちゃんは住処にしていた屋台の持ち主からも、保健所に連絡すると言われ、それでもどうすることも出来ず、悲嘆な気持ちでいたのですが、ダメ元でFacebookからSOS投稿しました。 そこで現れた救世主がMinaさんです！ 病気で体調が悪いゲンキちゃんを快く引き受けてくれて、懸命に日々ケアしてくれています！ 定期的にゲンキちゃんが少しづつ快復していく様子を写真と共に、私にお知らせしてくれます。 こんな天使のような方がいなければ、腐っていく世の中で冷やかに生きて行くところですが、私も影響を受け、保護猫カフェをやる勇気と希望を与えられました！本当にMinaさんには感謝しかありません！ ありがとうございます！
