Perfect establishment to own an apartment in Kobe. Located just 1 km away from Sannomiya with an awesome view of Nunobiki mountains and the Shin-Kobe station. This also has an events theater with all the modern facilities. Also a plenty of super markets and restaurants which are conveniently accessible.

I came here for an international conference held by iafor. It was spring so cherry blossoms were everywhere. Quite a good place for conference, clean, and easy access

Horrible parking attendant. I found the parking price to be expensive so I said I will park somewhere else. He started yelling at me for entering the parking area and blocked my way to go out. Very rude and racist. Becareful everyone!!
