Doctors and nurses are really kind and helpful. But the staff at the reception is pretty unwelcoming is nd do not pass the important information to the doctors. So I had a smear test today my doctor was really surprised to see a baby there. Not as if I told them I was pregnant when I booked my appointment and when I arrived !!

Awful clinic. They are close to the station and open on Saturday, so a lot of customers any time. Probably, that’s why they don’t care of service quality. At first, be ready to wait for 1 hour! You can see from other reviews here this is usual thing for that clinic. After 50 minutes of waiting I asked about my reservation time at the reception. They just said: “Maybe you are the next (次かな〜)“ without any apologies! Second, doctor (a male person) was very frank to me (I can speak fluent Japanese) and didn’t listen to me. They obviously want money, they will tell you: “It is not covered by insurance”. If you know your rights and will argue, you will win. Don’t recommend this clinic! As for medical service, I can’t say anything, as I leaved them without doing anything. I’m not ready to waist my time and make my mood bad second time there!

They do provide a good service for the pregnant women. They told that they may not be able to do operations in case of normal birth is not possible.

クチコミの悪さから警戒していましたが、まさに悪い評価で書かれている通りでした。この病院は鶴見に産科、婦人科が少ないことで完全にあぐらをかいており、一切患者のことを考えていません。ほっておけばいくらでも患者が来るのですから、そういう対応にもなるでしょうね。これから病院を決める方は、よく考えることをお勧めします。
