WORSE CAR AUCTION COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE FRAUDULENT If i could give this company a review it would be zero stars. I paid monies in installments to this company totalling 6500 for a vehicle. The first payment in May and the last payment was made June 22 2020. It is now September 2020. This company failed to deliver on the vehicle as it did not pass inspection. Since then I have been pressing them for my refund. Emailing, calling, messaging with only to be reimburse 1,000 to date. This company promised to pay me refund on 24 August, 27 August, 11 September and 17 September with no refund insight. I need them reported to the Embassy and highest officials for what they are doing. Please no one use this company. They are frauds, deceitful and scammers. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE AUCTION HOUSE.

My name is Kennesia Cabral and I'm beyond furious about the service I'm receiving from Auction House Japan. I'm beginning to question if this company is legitimate. I started communication with Max Fernandez who was assigned to me as a sale agent. There wasn't a day or minute I didn't receive a message from him as to when I'll be making the deposit. I made the payment on January 18 and January 20th, I received an automated email from the company stating the money was received. I told Max of the cars I'm interested in bidding on, but to my surprise I received a message on January 25 that I won a bid, funny thing is I never confirmed that I wanted that unit. The next red flag was Max sent me one car but a different one was uploaded on my account on line. I told him I don't want that vehicle, he said I had no choice because that's what they won. After that the communication went down hill with little or no response. I was told the vehicle is being ferried from a far away place to Kobe and insted of the 5-7 days, it turned into 15-20 days. The last thing I was told is that the vehicle is atbthe shipping company and is now out of their hands. What madness is this. It appears that this company is a SCAM and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I'm going to go on every social media site and share my story so hopefully people learn of this unethical set of scamps. It is now March 25 and my WhatsApp messages are now not going through. I'm in contact with a manager Robert who is now ignoring my calls.

Stay away from Auction House Japan. They will not refund your security deposit. They keep on changing agents in Pakistan. No one cares better to stay away from these scammers.
