Dropped by the dealer to inquire about a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. The salesperson was courteous and polite, sadly he wasn't able to get me any specific information on the vehicles that I was interested in, no price sheet, no brochures, no ETA's, no allocation information. Seems like Audi corporate in Japan failed to provide the necessary up to date information to their dealer network. Very surprised given that this particular location seems to be the premier Audi dealer in Osaka. Very different experience from the Audi dealers that I have worked in the US where they are well informed or are able to inquire corporate about the latest information, getting allocation information, etc. I lost interest in ever owning an Audi vehicle in Japan after this particular experience.

次期車を探している時に行きました。私はそんな時にあえて軽自動車で ディーラーへ行きます。営業の対応を見たいから。 こちらのお店は接客が素晴らしいです。 店内外のスタッフがインカムで共有していてスムーズです。 堺のアウディ（今はない）も行きましたが、売る気がないのか適当な対応された印象だったので、イメージが変わりました。悩んだ挙句、別のﾒｰｶｰになりましたが アウディ購入するならこちらで買います。
きれいなお店でした。また行きたいと思います。

Q5の試乗目的で、わざわざアウディに乗ってお店に突然訪問しましたが、対応が普通でした。もっと積極的にセールスしないとダメですね。メルセデスGLCcoupeを買いました。
