Fixed my ac for a good 100 cheaper than other shops in the area. Super thankful for them being able to get me in, fix my car and get it back to me within an afternoon! They gave me a loaner car during that time also, I would consider calling for car availability before you go if you need a loaner. The staff was very nice also. All around great experience. I will definitely be coming back to them.

Price isn't too bad. Had an alternator rebuilt and for the age I suppose it was a reasonable price. I didn't care for them trying to get me to buy a new battery when the one I have is fine. They told me it needed replaced right now and it's been doing fine for 3 weeks.
At first sight I was very impressed with their work’s quality . But couple days after we made a deal they called me and tried to charge me for a extra tax that their staff forgot to calculated. What’s? Isn’t my mistake why do I have to pay for ? I run my own business and I’ve never charged my customers for my mistakes . I wouldn’t say I not recommend this store just make sure your deal is correct for both side .
I went to this auto shop in May 2019 I was told to completely fix my car I would need to pay 89,000 yen so I payed it to ensure my car would pass the JCI inspection and be good on the road. So I passed the inspection and about 2 weeks later all of the problems that were “fixed” started to mess up and fall apart. I didn’t have time to come back I am still actively in the military so I parked my car at the barracks and walked to and from work until I had time to go back to the garage. So I went back today Aug 14 2019 and let them know what the issues were and that the problems were coming from what they “fixed” the told me it would cost 108,000 yen to “fix” the car again I declined to pay the absurd amount. I was then told you can not drive this car it’s totaled I can’t let you take it from the shop your inspection fee is 10,000 yen. So I guess I will be junking my car on Saturday and giving them 100. I will never go back to this place again or allow anyone I know to go to this place.
So I called a couple places before this one and neither were able to get me in that day. My brakes were going out and I needed help ASAP. Called them and they were able to get me in and diagnose the problem the same day. Price was great and they had a loaner car available for me! Car was done the next day and the people there were super nice! Very highly recommended!
