Brings the food out to you and picks it up when you're done. Has a English menu, very friendly and patient staff

It has an English menu! The way McDonalds Japan presents fast food / junk food is remarkable. They put so much attention to detail in each menu item. If you need a quick bite be sure to experience McDonalds Japan at least once. My only real complaint is you can't get refills on drinks.
