Horrible store - they direct you to the bic camera opposite the store since they don’t have stock let alone any of the speakers on display - the whole point of coming to a dedicated store is so that you can try these products in peace without the bustle of an ongoing announcement. Horrid.
The worst customer service ever. Takashi Shirahata didn't even know how to play a music on a speaker in the showroom and had absolutely no knowledge of existing/upcoming products B&O is selling. Not only was he incompetent, he was kinda rude and very reluctant to assist me and didn't even acknowledge my presence there till I asked him a question. Other sales staff was out and this guy was the only available human in the store. Do yourself a favor and visit other showrooms if you wanna know B&O products.
Bluetoothイヤホンの不具合で伺ったのですが、対応が酷かった。 どうしたらいいかも教えてくれず、無理です。とだけ。 他にも色々接客のしようはあるんじゃないでしょうか?店員が二人いましたが、立ち上がらないし話しかけても終始パソコンの方を見てる感じでした。 ここの店の店員は接客の「せ」の字からやり直した方がいいと思います。
結構マニアックな質問をしたのですが、的確な回答で高い対応レベル。任せるならこういう店がいいですね。
