We visit Bb today They closed the Drink bar section They said because of COVID-19 This is not logic because they make the temperature scan for every one before inter the place, and also it’s a public place, so the kids already touch everything within the place. Plus the don’t make any deductions in the tickets price although they save the Drinks. My conclusion for anyone That the service becomes very bad I don’t recommend you to visit

It became a very bad place ,,,, after corona they prevented coffee, tea, juice even if water so I will not come here again,, I don’t recommend it for others also.
If you have young kids 6 months to 4 years. There is an entire floor they can use. Free drinks is pretty nice as well. But the toys looks old and whatever requires a battery does not work. So much for giving a piano to your baby. The climbing wall is not huge but will serve its purpose for a beginner. No one on duty so watch yourself and your own kids. In the more mature section of the arcade many are old and not properly functioning. A bit sad about this. The bb gun shooting area is awesome. Cheap rental if you don't have your own gear. Hmm what else. That's all. For a familly of 4 including the membership for 3 and a 3 hours pack for all. You should look at paying 5000 or 6000 yen for your afternoon. Without young kids, there are multiple cheaper options.
The equipment is very old and a lot of the machines don’t work.

私は日本語があまり得意ではありません。 まず第一に、店は汚れています！不可能な！ ご飯は美味しくありません。アルバイトの接客は貧弱です。 行くことはお勧めしませよ。 よくなかたと思す
今、新型コロナウイルスの為にお客様からいろいろお願いがありますがお店からそんなにちゃんとしてありません。お客様にマスク使わないと、自分の飲み物が持っていかないと、そして アルコールジェルがあるから 手を消毒しないといけないけれども、代わりにお店の中にすごく汚いです。汚れとホコリが多いです。スタッフさんがいるけど、ゲーム機械の上とか、ビリヤードのテーブルやボールとか、ぜんぜんお掃除して見えませんので、危ないになってます。みんなさん気をつけてください。
少し年季は入っていますが、カラオケ、ダーツ、キッズスペース、他にも様々な設備があり、コスパが最高でした。
