I loved this store. So many levels and options. We spent a good chunk of time here. I was impressed with their amount of PC gaming hardware. They sell lots of variety here... Food, alcohol, watches, cameras, smart phones, backpacks, stationary and pens, headphones, laptops, bidets, Lego, action figures, etc... It's incredible. Worth a visit just to browse around. I had a lot of fun here.
Very good quality goods and customer service here. Had staff that spoke a variety of languages including English and Mandarin. Goods a decently priced for electronics and other miscellaneous items all things considered. I had to make a return and it was quite possibly one of the quickest transactions I've ever had.
WARNING - Be careful if you shop for a laptop PC here, they are not very understanding (as in not kind) . They will not give you a refund for products below the expected quality (despite showing them the problem), in fact they won't even try to help you. I would suggest to shop somewhere else like Yodabashi or online where things are cheaper because you're not getting any additional benefit here. They even got the address wrong when it came to delivery. The delivery company had some error in the address from BicCamera. Not good customer service at all and not what I would expect from Japan. After following up on the issue, other (management?) staff admitted that I was treated badly and also basically lied to. Shop here at your own risk.
