Good prices but at par service. The place has 4 floors and it's wide so there are many products and items. I was trying to print some photos using their machines. One of the options to print photos from your phone is just to connect to their wifi. The connection was poor so I called a staff but he just shrugged his shoulders saying it can't be helped. I called another staff and luckily he was able to help me this time. There was another time when my friend and I were looking for computers and the staff kept telling us not to lean on the computers. He kept an eye on us the whole time we were browsing. I didn't recommend buying a computer from that store!

Incredibly pleasant store (so much nicer than some of the cram-packed Shinjuku versions!)
One of the more impressive Big Camera stores I've been in. Feels incredible fresh and gives of a more prestigious feel. The staff is friendly and professional.

調布駅の上にあり1階のすぐ下に電車が通っているのか振動がすごい。地震かと思うレベル。 エスカレーターで2階に上がると雰囲気が暗く気分が下がる。店内も狭いフロアに商品が所狭しと並んでいる為圧迫感がすごい。 ビッカメはここの店舗に限らず基本、返品&交換不可能なので不便。 開店当初は駅前にノジマ以外の電気屋が出来たと喜んでたが蓋を開ければこれ。
