Very impressive collection of plants and trees. Really nicely planned big garden in the middle of Tokyo where you can feel for a moment like you got very far from the busy city centre. Very divers: some parts of it are like a regular park, some like a landscape Japanese garden, some feel like a jungle, really nice place to get charged with nature. Not crowded in mid November 2020, good for 1-2 hrs walk.

Stunning during autumn... loved the red carpet by sequoias , the yellow lavishness of ginkgos... perfect for evening stroll... An easy escape from city into nature...

Wonderful garden with a large diversity of plants and trees. It includes an apple tree grafted from the same tree at Sir Isaac Newton’s home and many other notable trees, plants and some memorials. It also has a little Shinto shrine on its grounds. English maps are provided.

It's a really nice botanical garden. You need to pay 400 yen to enter. But some part is not well managed. The tracks seem to be off, if not because of the map we would definitely get lost. And yeah, they provide the english map as well. overall I have a good time in there.
