I love Gyomu super for its frozen foods collection and cheap price compared to other super shops. I usually buy frozen parata, vegetables,flour, sugar and juice from here. You can find all kinds of daily needs such as frozen chicken, duck, all kinds of kitchen groceries. In a words Gyomu super is the place for all kinds of needs in Japan in cheap price. I am in search of Parata last couple of months but the matter of sorrow its not available. They should pack their racks with high demand products like Parata.
