A small cozy little burger place located on the 2nd floor. A quick walk from the castle if you are sightseeing. Other than burgers they also have pasta available with side dishes. A great local store to stop by while in Hirosaki.
Delicious Neapolitan spaghetti but Jumbo Max is just average (beef is over cooked). Btw, latte is good!
Must come here if you like burgers and are in Hirosaki. Little bit pricey but the burger delivers premium experience.
My friend and I went to Hirosaki Park two days ago and make a brief stop at this restaurant to eat a burger. And what a surprise ! It was soooooo good ! We enjoyed a lot ! The waters were professional and did their best. We will return to this place ! Thank you Restaurant Dubois for this great burger experience !!!!
Friendly staff and amazing burgers. One of the best burgers I've had anywhere in the world. They also have an English menu for those of us who are struggling to learn Japanese. Do yourself a favor and stop in for lunch.
Stumbled into the restaurant by accident to avoid the rain, and ended up having one of my best burgers here! The music played was also on point! Combined with the owner-chef’s hospitality, i found it to be a most memorable meal. Definitely a recommended pit-stop if you are visiting the castle nearby.
