I was stationed there for two months in 1964 with the 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion. Got there in June and left in August days after the Tonkin Gulf Incident. Went back to Okinawa and then to the South China Sea off of Viet Nam. I had a hard time recognizing the place, thank goodness the airstrip is still there.

I was there in 92 with the Seabees building the second Armory building. Loved being there with Marines and loved touring Japan. Got to go to Disney Land while it still existed and spent some time in the Rapongi District....

I was stationed there in 87 to 89 . There were approximately 80 permanant Marines stationed there . The place has freaking expanded !.... would love to visit there one last time . Camp Fuji Range company was the best damn duty station ever !!!
