Had a nice time here sleeping in the capsule pod. My pod even had a TV. We were also given complimentary iPads for use with free Wi-Fi. The location of this place is great as the street comes alive in the evening with lot of laughter and enthusiasm as guests occupy so many eateries in the street. The place is clean, staff is helpful. But there is no locked place to store your luggage. We had to keep our suitcases near the reception area which the staff covered with a net and secured it. You cannot take your luggage inside the capsule hall area where you will sleep. A 7eleven shop is there in the basement area of the hotel from where we bought stuff to eat. We had dinner outside.

I would definitely recommend this capsule hotel for a night or two. It is a very interesting experience and offers more privacy than most hostels. The location is awesome; it’s really close to three different metro station, one of which Keisei-Ueno where the Skyliner from Narita ends. Very convenient. There are tons of restaurants and massage places on the same street for sore feet after a long day of touring. A couple downsides: the capsule is not at all comfortable. This is why I recommend for only a couple nights. I need a chiropractor after 5 days! Ouch. Also you have to leave your suitcase with the front desk. I was able to keep all my clothes in the locker for the 5 days so it wasn’t that a big deal, just a little inconvenient.

absolute heaven on my layover. Wonderful mineral spirits spa threw me back to 10 years younger, the quality of lotions were out of this world, this is my new fav Tokyo hideaway. There is a breakfast and dinner buffet, looked yummy but I skipped both and went back to the spa. Don't be fooled by the poor reviews and the capsule pics, you can easily upgrade to much classier private accommodations, and epic location for shopping and gifts to bring home. Best hidden-gem layover spot Worldwide

We used this great hotel as a stop over between Haneda airport and Narita airport. We had 12 hours between the flights so we went here and got a room which we rented for 6 hours. Absolutely fantastic service. There was breakfast buffet for 500yen per person, a huge comic section which my son enjoyed. And best of all a really nice public bath with onsen style hot bath. There is even a 7-11 connected and you are allowed to just bring in food and drinks and enjoy in the public area. We were able to get some sleep, bath, enjoy some relaxing time!!

Great facilities! You can access to minimart shop right away. So much convenient! The only bad things are the locker room. It was very annoying that you have to use the key every time you get in, and the noise from closing the door can wake you up anytime. Although I'm not a light sleeper, I still wake up from time to time due to noise that people make. And the capsule is quite old and small. However, I still recommend this place to budget traveller.

best price, very clean with internat.service on an central point in Tokyo (Ueno district). Short ways to railway, underground and log distance buses.

My booked room wasn't available and I had to get a more expensive room suited for two people. Since I had booked in advance, I assumed the upgrade would be free, but it wasn't. Other than that, great place, nice staff and relaxation areas.

First capsule experience here and I enjoyed it so much. Especially loved the common area on the second level. So spacious and well-equipped. Most importantly, it was very clean too. Loved it!
