Awesome place to train with ultra clean, modern facilities. The instructors are all super friendly and all have years of competitive experience under their belts (No pun intended...). All in a super trendy and convenient location. All-round an amazing place. Can't ask for much more than that!

Hands down the best jiu jitsu dojo in Tokyo. The dojo welcomes all skill levels from professionals athletes to people who just want to exercise. You can really see and feel the core values of Carpe Diem in the dojo. - Techniques are explained in both English and Japanese in a very technical and detailed explanation. - World class teachers competing at the highest level. - Staff are friendly and really care each single member. - Very clean and feels like a new dojo everyday - Unique kids/family program which allows you to train with your kids as a family.

青山道場からスタートしたCARPE DIEM さんが自由が丘に設立した道場です。どの道場もきちんと会員さんのことを考えて運営されていらっしゃいます。インストラクターのトーマス先生は選手でも活躍されていますが非常にナイスガイで信頼できる方です。
