They are OK when finding a apartment and helpful. Be careful when moving out they will try scam you out of your security deposit.. Also verify you final bills from water and electricity so it matches..

My experience with Ace Family Housing was awesome. They always helped out to the best of their abilities. I saw the other reviews and was skeptical but after moving in and over time Ace family and the maintenance crew became friends or like family to me. I am glad I chose them. They are professionals while maintaining a good friendship which makes good business. If I ever come back to Okinawa, they definitely would get me back . (From the naked shower room glass breaker )

Very slow response to maintenance issue. I have a sewage issue....kitchen and bathroom smell of sewage. I've been calling and calling for a month. I keep getting the same run around....we'll call back. They finally sent a sewage truck to clean the tank. It still stinks. I've called 4 more times....same thing....we'll call you. Today I was told Okinawa has sewage issues...you should run your fan 24/7. NO I SHOULD NOT. FIX THE SEWAGE ISSUE. I would NOT recommend ACE FAMILY housing!
This housing company is sneaky and shady. They will be nice and helpful when finding a place but after that they will turn into greedy people. If you want to pay a move in fee and a “agency” fee of a total over 4,000-7000, come here. They will not fix stuff and when you try to leave they will steal your security deposit over discrepancies that were priorly listed. I never make any reviews but I felt the need to let people know about this scam of an agency. I left Okinawa a few weeks ago and I’m just letting everyone know. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I hate this agency so much. Everyone should try to work to get this agency banned for military members. They are greedy and selfish and will steal thousands from you! I took pictures of all my discrepancies and they said they don’t matter and they lost the original paper with the discrepancies so everything was our fault. They lost the paper but we had a copy and they said they don’t have original so I have to pay. Just overalll very bad, bad company. If it wasn’t for base legal I would’ve been in a bind. If you have any issues with this company go to base legal office.
ACE housing was very attentive, supportive, knowledgeable and found me a beautiful place that best fit the description I was looking for. They were very considerate and worked really well with ensuring everything was squared away with the house and appliances. I have no reservations about this housing agency, and would gladly work with them again in the future.
