The hospital is new and the installations are comfortable, accessible and clean. The payment system can be both human or machine so it's relatively fast, they have a parking lot and an emergency room. We have visited this hospital in 4 occasions, 2 in regards of our daughter (1 year old toddler) in both occasions we actually didn't get any service since the first time we went to get an specific vaccine which they do not administer and the second time we went for her annual routine check up which they do not perform. The other 2 occasions we visited for myself, the first time we went to check my physical state and the last time we visited which was a nightmare. We went with the specific purpose of getting the document which proofs to the prefecture government that I am pregnant, we also wanted to check my GBS status. The waiting wasn't the worst (over 2 hrs) but the treatment of the doctor who saw us, he was too rough with me, he didn't ask permission or warned me when he was about to explore my vigana, he kept introducing and removing things from my vigana without warning or concent, he has a separation between the examination chair and himself so I couldn't see anything that was happening and he hurt my uterus, didn't take a proper ultrasound picture and later that day I experienced some bleeding and pain throughout the next day. He couldn't give us any information, he denied my husband access to the ultrasound monitor, he didn't understand medical terminology, he didn't ask us anything about my physical condition before exploration, he didn't confirm with us the type of GBS test he opted to use and he made insensitive comments regarding my baby's well being. I hope no pregnant woman ever goes there and experience the treatment to which I was subjected to, we are certainly never going there again unless it's the last resort and only if one of us is about to die. 先日救急でお世話になった際 又具合が悪かったら来て下さいと言ってくれたナースさんはとても感じの良い方でした。 腹痛が続くので後日消化器内科外来に行くと、さっきまで笑い声がしていたのに、何故か不機嫌で、｢何故来たんですか？来いと言われたんですか？！何をしてほしいですか？！ここではこの前の結果は見れないんですよ！救急で来たんですよあなた！その時、原因を突き止めてないんじゃないですか？！あなた行きつけの病院ありますよね！（循環器内科）そちらで相談して他行くか、ここで踏み込んで検査するかどうか決めて下さい！」と、なんでこんなに終止怒られなきゃいけないん？ＹDr.怖すぎ

大学病院から紹介され、こちらの病院へ転院しました 本当に手術が巧い外科医107人リストにも掲載されている頭頸部外科の鎌田信悦先生に手術してもらいました。 スーパードクターと言われている有名な先生なのに偉ぶるでもなく物腰柔らかな先生 手術室で全身麻酔直前？の緊張MAXの時に 鎌田先生が 「緊張してる？寝てる間に終わってるからねー大丈夫だよー」 と声をかけてくれて安心しました(ω) 手術の説明や病気の説明、入院中の回診は同じ頭頸部外科の後藤先生がしてくれました。 丁寧に長い時間をかけて説明してくれて 手術に対する恐怖心もなくなり安心して入院&手術する事ができました。 ニコニコ笑顔の優しい、冗談も面白い先生でした 口コミを見てると当たりハズレがあるみたいですが… 頭頸部外科の先生 麻酔科の先生 病棟の看護師さん 手術室の看護師さん 皆さん親切でしたし、嫌な思いは一度もする事なく入院から退院まで過ごせましたよ 病室は四人部屋でしたが、各々のスペースが意外と広くて快適に過ごせたし 使って良かったのかわからないけど…ベッド周りにコンセントもあって携帯の充電にも困らず 病院食はイマイチなイメージがあったけど 美味しかった

もうほんとに酷かったです。 私は地元のかかりつけ医から紹介状で腹痛で行ってみたのですが、その時の先生が終始イライラしていて（なぜ？）意味もなく「なんできたの？」と言われました。そんなの紹介状に書いてあることですよね？名前も調べて覚えています。ここに書きたいくらいの酷い、というかやばい医者でした。 最後は優しくなってお大事にしてくださいね！と言われました。 喜怒哀楽が激しすぎて今までで一番最低な医者だと思いました。 私は高根公団周辺の様々な医療機関にお世話になりましたが、ろくな医者がいません。 そういう地域なのかな？不思議でたまりません。

不覚にも今の時期発熱し、微熱が下がらず、相談センターに電話をかけたあと、徳洲会病院さんへ電話をして来院しました。 初めて来たのですが、時期的なものか緊急事態宣言解除後でも想像していたより患者さんが少なく 待ち時間にも不満を持つことなく診察して貰えました。 案内もスムーズでスペースを広くとっています。 評価が悪く来院を躊躇ってましたが、ドクターはきちんと話を聞いてくださいましたし、（身体をこちらに向けて話してないのはコロナ避け感染症やウイルス避けだと思います。コロナ以外でもそうなのではないでしょうか）個人的には話にも納得出来てとても良かったです。 近くに安心できる病院があって有り難いです。 建物も新しく敷地も広く病院内の窓からは緑が映えて居心地のよい病院で驚きました。
