Visited on a cold rainy typhoon Sunday. The place was full and I had to wait more than half an hour, but the staff were most accommodating and tried to suggest different options for me. In the end, I ordered a dessert set had my "iced tapioca milk tea" while still waiting for a seat and my dessert (tangyuan in red bean soup) after I had gotten a table. The milk tea was good for the first two sips but got progressively more diluted as the ice started to melt. The tangyuan was very comforting and in good portion.

I love the bubble tea here. Unlike other places, this place serves big enough portion. Always packed with students, loud...

They literally took 30 minutes to prepare a Tapioca Milk Tea for take out. At least the beverage was good.

Love this place. The negative comments (in Japanese) seem unwarranted to me, at least as of Dec 2016 - we didn't have to wait much time at all for our delicious hot ginger bubble tea & peanut dumpling ginger soup. In fact, we had the same thing yesterday in the Daikanyama branch & liked it so much we came here today, which is near our apartment. Wish I knew about it earlier! The reviews for the Daikanyama branch are much higher. Maybe they used to have a service issue here, but it seems fine now. Haven't tried the noodles yet but want to.

Their foods are good enough for me to remember Taiwan local tast. No slow service happened. Perhaps I came here early before busy lunch time.

All the staff are either high school/uni students or twenty-somethings who have little real knowledge about food or drink, which is why what they serve is substandard. Anyone who compares with a competitor in Akasaka will find a huge difference in flavor.

Cosy chinese tea room serving bubble tea, light meals, and sweets/deserts. Mighty nice!
