Visit the 17th floor lobby. Ignore security guards and signs for no entry. Free beautiful panorama of surrounding area. Nice arm chairs to relax in, small convenience store selling snacks etc., there's a small corner seating space to consume those snacks and drinks bought in the convenience store while enjoying the scenery.
