Interesting little museum although, it's only for intergral parts of Japan. I was looking to learn more about the way of life in Karafuto

This museum is an interesting exhibit regarding Japanese claims against Korea and China over two island groups. The museum is in the basement of a municipal building and a little difficult to locate. It is one large room with exhibits around the outside and they provide you with an audio device to hear the explanations in English. It was interesting although the arguments for sovereignty only include the Japanese position. A good 30 minute tour for anyone interested in history.

This is a small permanent exhibit devoted to offering Japan’s position on the legal facts of its territory disputes with China and Korea. There’s virtually nothing else here, but it’s free and English descriptions are available. Good for political junkies.

日本の領土問題等についてかなり詳しく知ることができます。中国、韓国、ロシアなどの主張に対して事細かに反証されているパネルは必見です。学校教育でもしっかり取り上げて欲しい展示内容。日本人として知るべき情報が溢れています。じっくり見るには最低でも2時間は必要かと思います。多言語でのパンフレットもあり。写真撮影

ロシア（北方領土）、韓国（竹島）、中国（尖閣諸島）。島国故の領土問題ではあるが、まるで西欧列強の帝国主義に脅かされていた当時のアジア諸国のようだ。そうした状況を打破し黄色人種平等を求めて戦った我が国に対する仕打ちがこれかと愕然とする。火事場泥棒３国と同じレベルに堕することない冷静な対応を求める気持ちと、こちらも力ずくで奪い返せばいいじゃないかという気持ちが綯い交ぜになる。オススメ。

虎ノ門ニュースで紹介されていて、機会があれば行きたいと思っていました。 ロッカーが現在使用できなくて、出張用のカバンを下に置いて見ていたら、受付の方が「預かります」と声をかけてくださいました。 新しいですよね？とても清潔で綺麗な資料館でした。映像も豊富で、次の機会には体験談を全部見たい（聞きたい）と思います。 仕事前の約１時間しかなく、全て見ることができず残念でした。資料をもらいに行くと声をかけてくださる係の方がいたり、丁寧な施設でした。 中の様子を撮りたかったのですが、良かったのかなー？？？

尖閣諸島、竹島、北方領土についてまとめて展示しています。交通の便もいいから、銀座新宿にいく途中下車してみる価値はあると思います。 竹島については自衛隊が結成される前に火事場泥棒のように占拠された。日本人が44人も殺され、4000人以上も漁師さんが抑留された事実が説明されていないことが残念。 尖閣諸島には今、中国の公船がどれだけ侵入してきているかをタイムリーに具体的な説明がないので、展示に動きがないのが残念。 でも映像が沢山流れているから楽しめるよ。
