This is a very good hotel in the very hot spot of 銀座， the view is very nice! Service is ok, in the reception desk , only a few people speak English. They will come out strange Japanese style logic. If their price is higher in the future, I will stay again in here!

Brand new hotel when we visited. Super convenient access to underground through B1 floor walk through shopping mall. Shopping and good food of all sorts within 2 mins of the hotel. Room is spacious and comfortable. The staff needs to learn better English to be of real help. The cleaning needs better training. We stayed 6 nights and every day, there are trashes not taken out. We put lots of trash right next to the trash can and it’s still left there. Amenities is good but no cotton bud which is very strange. Otherwise we will go back again if they don’t raise the price too high.
An extraordinary hotel, one of our Tokyo trip highlights. Very quiet, perfectly located, with very good breakfast, modern and comfortable rooms where you'll find everything you need, including pajamas. A 4.5* hotel easily. We'll definitely come back!
Excellent hotel! Everybody very kind, the bedroom is very good, they give us water and Nespresso everyday, the bathroom and shower are perfect, as the location! Loved it!!!!! Perfect!
Great hotel and amazing location! Easy access to Hibiya station and Ginza station right off the front door, as well as the Yurachico station which is just 5 mins away. Lobby is located at the 4th floor. The room was great and very comfortable very modern and brand new. Only downside no room service available. However I would definitely recommend staying here!
